This session introduces key AI terminology and concepts for professional services staff working in further and higher education. It explores generative AI and related developments, including AI assistants and agentic AI, and considers their capabilities and limitations. The session also introduces practical prompting and considers how to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs, recognising where human judgement and oversight remain essential.

Please note: Generally, this webinar is not recorded as we encourage live attendance to promote real-time interaction and open discussion. By not recording, we create a space where attendees can speak freely and have the opportunity to ask questions without concern that their comments will be shared afterwards. When the webinar is recorded it’s to ensure quality control to help us review the content, key information and to make sure it’s correctly communicated and understood. Nothing will be made public.
